Intro (blog 1)

My name is Javier Luque, I am graduating this spring! I am taking this course as a Gen Ed upper level requirement! I am majoring in Communication with an interest in Broadcast Journalism w/ a minor study in public relations. I hope to see myself in the Los Angeles or Washington DC Bureau for a major news network as a reporter in a decade. I live in Hasbrouck Heights but reside on campus due to the heavy work I do at the school's television station; I will intern for CNN's New York Bureau and I finish April. Outside the class, I am in the TV Studios in Hobart Hall; when off the studio, i enjoy reading political magazines(The Week is my preferred) twittering, watching sports (Patriots,Lakers,Yankees,Devils and Galaxy) exercise and enjoying a night out....
